The Missouri State Council of Machinists invites members and guests to participate in the 31st Annual Bass Tournament – Terry Sutton Memorial, taking place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Point Randall Resort on the Lake of the Ozarks.

This annual event brings together union members for a day of friendly competition, camaraderie, and remembrance, honoring the legacy of Terry Sutton.

Registration

  • Friday, May 1, 2026: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 2, 2026: Begins at 5:30 a.m.

All participants must be registered and possess a valid Missouri fishing license.

Entry Fees and Sponsorships

  • Entry Fee: $150 per boat
  • Big Bass Option: $20 per boat (100% payback)

Sponsorship Levels:

  • Gold: $350 (includes one boat entry)
  • Silver: $200
  • Bronze: $150

Cash prizes will be determined by the number of boats entered, with 10% of participants receiving prize money.

Tournament Events

Participants are invited to a pre-tournament get-together on Friday evening, May 1, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Free refreshments and snacks will be provided, along with attendance prize drawings and raffles. Boat numbers will be distributed during registration. Lunch will be provided on Saturday afternoon following the tournament.

Lodging and Dock Space

Lodging and boat slips are available at Point Randall Resort. Participants are encouraged to make reservations early, as space is limited.
