You are invited to participate in the 3rd Annual Buffenbarger‐Walworth Flatlanders Pheasant Hunt and Trap Shoot. While the title of this event has changed slightly, the goal remains the same: to support a worthy cause ‐‐ Guide Dogs of America.

Pheasant Hunt: The 3rd Annual Buffenbarger‐Walworth Flatlanders Pheasant Hunt will take place on Saturday & Sunday, October 22-23, 2016, in Aberdeen, South Dakota. The cost to participate in the hunt is $250/day per hunter. A field lunch will be included with your paid registration fee. Guide service will be provided by Kendall Stoddard of High Trail Connection. To support Guide Dogs of America, each participant will be asked to make a $25 donation; and in addition, contribute $25 cash toward the gratuity for the hunt.
Trap Shoot: The Trap Shoot will take place the evening of Friday, October 21, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Aberdeen Gun Club. The cost to participate is $50/person and will include two rounds for a total of 50 shots. Dinner is included in the price.

Event Check‐in: Participant check‐in for the hunt will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 4:30 p.m. — 5:30 p.m. at the Aberdeen Gun Club, 38574 139th St, Aberdeen, SD 57401. At this time, each participant will be asked to complete a Waiver Form for the hunt.
Lodging: A limited number of hotel rooms have been blocked at the My Place Hotel at a room rate of $100.00/night + tax. Please call the hotel at (605) 262‐4600 and confirm your room no later than September 23, 2016. Be sure to mention “Rod Hoffman” when booking your room.

Event “Eat and Greet”: There will be a social gathering sponsored by Brown Law Firm PC on Saturday, October 22nd at 6:30 p.m. hosted by Jeff & Jodi Brown at 382079 North Shore Drive in Aberdeen.
Event “Wing” Night: Please join us Sunday night at 6:30 p.m. for “Wing” night sponsored by Scott Wealth Management and hosted by Casey & Shaughn Scott, at Circus Sports Bar & Grill, 14 3rd Avenue SE in Aberdeen.
